In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, the Kingston-Frontenac Council on Aging wants to share our Senior’s Guide to Navigating Community Resources with as many people as possible.
To that end, we have made the guide available for download online.
Compiled in collaboration with Occupational Therapy students at Queen’s University and our dedicated group of volunteers, this guide lists the supports and services available to seniors in Kingston and the surrounding area.
Please be patient when contacting the businesses in the guide as some of them may have had their staff numbers or business hours impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
We want to make sure that all seniors in our community have access to what they need during this confusing and complicated time.
